My first rainy day in Queenstown - steady downpour since early am. The town is shredded in gray and the rain gods are having a merry time.
Me - am huddled indoors with a cup of hot instant coffee writing my blog. Cant wait to see how the rest of the day unfolds.
Update: dared too venture out around noon to a small goldfields town called Arrowtown - very 19th century buidings, most awesome pharmacy architecture I've ever seen. The chinese settlement from the gold era was humbling. The best part? Its a tie between the veggie pot pie at AB and the fall river walk.
